Do not enter real personal or health data into the demo. The environment is intended for trying the product with fictional data.
Your environment and everything you enter into it are deleted automatically after 24 hours: its database is dropped, its files are removed and the account ceases to exist. Deletion cannot be undone and the data cannot be recovered.
Subprocessors. AI features use Anthropic (USA) and Scaleway (EU). Names are masked before sending, and the assistant lets you inspect what was actually sent to the model. The captcha is Cloudflare Turnstile (USA). The confirmation message is sent from the hosting provider's mailbox.
Analytics and leads. Public pages are stored as hourly aggregates (page, country, bot/human and count) without a device identifier. The country is derived from the IP address during the request, but the IP address is not stored. With your permission, a random first-party visit identifier additionally measures pages and active visit duration; visit data is deleted after 90 days and aggregates after 36 months. Sign-ins are stored only as country, channel, demo/customer, method and outcome aggregates without a user or tenant identifier.
A verified demo email address is retained as a marketing lead together with its source, stage, country and timestamps. An inactive lead is deleted after 24 months; an unverified request expires after one day. Message content is not stored in the lead register.
Cookies. Necessary cookies are the authentication
cookie (.SERsalvus.Auth), anti-forgery protection and
.SERsalvus.Consent (6 months), which remembers your
cookie choice. Selecting “accept analytics” additionally sets a random
.SERsalvus.AnalyticsSession for at most 30 minutes.
Browser session storage retains scroll positions and panel sizes.
Turnstile loads on the registration form and does not set a cookie on
this site.
